In which cases refund or return is applicable?
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the size ordered.

Our main aim is to process your return as soon as possible once marked to the return and refund department. Please note that it can take upto 5-7 working days to process the return and dispatch the new parcel. During sale days and major events , return processing time can be increased.
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund in the form of store credit.
- In the case of refund shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days.
- All the Sale items are non refundable.
There are certain scenarios in which return or refund will not be supported:
- An exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Change of mind is not applicable in any case.
- Customer want to return the parcel after using it.
- Product got damaged due to customer mistake.
