You can place order directly on the website, however if you need more details about the relevant product or if you need to order a customized order with your own sizes and patterns , you can simply contact us on our official WhatsApp number.
Orders will be dispatched within the one day of order placed. However customized orders can take some extra time. You will be provided the tracking details when order will be dispatched from our side.
We ensure it that parcel will be same as shown in the picture. However slight color differences can be there due to camera light. If your desired product is out of stock, you will be asked whether you need to replace the item or simply want to cancel the order.
We ensure the quality check of product before dispatching it. So receiving the damaged of defected item is a rare chance. However if you receive the damaged parcel, make it sure to made the complete video of parcel and send it to us. We will try our best to compensate and synergize with you.
It takes a whole day in our warehouse to prepare your order and have a quality check by our team before dispatching the order. It can take up to 5-6 working days to deliver your parcel. For more information visit our shipping policy.
We offer cod services all over the country. However if you want to pay amount in advance, you can transfer it directly in our bank account or can make payment through any other reliable payment methods like Jazzcash or Easypaisa etc.
Our standard delivery charges are 250pkr for all the orders below amount of 4000.
HOW MANY TIMES WILL THE COURIER AGENT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY ORDER IN CASE I AM UNAVAILABLE TO RECEIVE IT?
Courier company agents make three attempts to deliver the parcel to the customers. You can contact the courier company to hold your parcel if you wanna make it delay or want to self collect it . After third failed delivery attempt , item will be returned to us.
Unfortunately , courier companies do not allow the opening of parcels before the payment and hence it is not possible for customer to check the product.
We do not offer change of mind on our orders. If you want to return it , you will have to bear the expenses of returning the product and kindly keep it in mind that refund will only be applicable after our support team receive the parcel and have quality test on it. Kindly cooperate with us in this matter.
Please make it sure that if you wanna cancel order , contact us as soon as possible on our official Whatsapp number. Once dispatched , order can't be cancelled.
